Sant’Illuminato Holiday Farm is located in the upper Valley of the Tiber, near the border between Umbria and Tuscany
Nestled in the low hills overlooking the Valley, Sant’Illuminato is a fully enclosed expanse of around 18 hectares. The ancient stone farm buildings were originally owned by the noble Bourbon del Monte family. The large farmhouse reserved for our guests sits on a low hill (300 m. above sea level) that offers unobstructed views of the valley, all the way to the Tiber.

The Farmhouse contains five fully independent apartments that vary in size, lay-out, sleeping capacity, and kitchen facilities. In a separate building nearby, there’s also a cozy one-room apartment that’s perfect for a single couple. Food and other supplies can be purchased in the towns and villages nearby. The small lake next to the farmhouse is perfect for swimming, sports fishing, picnics (in the shady pine woods that line its shores) or quiet meditation. In front of the Farmhouse, there’s also a pool (6-12 m) that’s fully equipped for counter-current swimming and hydromassage.
