This complex, dating back to the 15th century, is on the outskirts of the village of Pietralunga at 564 metres above sea level. Its strategic position makes it an ideal base for touring this magnificent area of central Italy, rich in art treasures, wineries, olive oil producers and magnificent examples of Medieval and Renaissance architecture.

The original layout of the hamlet was altered over the centuries until it eventually became a patrician residence. The large, elegant rooms are all exclusively furnished with late-19th century pieces. All rooms are equipped with telephone, hairdryer, television, safe and bathrooms supplied with olive oil toiletries.

The restaurant specializes in serving dishes made with local produce, which is largely organic. As well as providing traditional Umbrian cuisine, with local meats and fresh fish, the chef is also able to offer a large selection of vegetarian dishes. The restaurant’s cellar is stocked with a large selection of regional wines.
