Different levels to suit different needs

First level: Reception; secretariat; VIP room holding 70; 700 square metre open air space for exhibitions; working lunches; gala dinners; 6 indoor rooms holding 110 people each or a single indoor room with an 800 people capacity; facilities to divide up the spaces as necessary.

Second Level: 250 square metre open space for coffee breaks or meetings for up to 250 people; press room and meeting room able to hold from 10 to 150 people; control room equipped with all the latest conferencing equipment and connected directly to the auditorium; translation booths.
 

Third Level: “Vannucci” Auditorium able toh old 500 people with chairs equipped with small writing desks. This room is suitable for a broad variety of events, from presentations to meetings. The speakers podium can hold either a speakers panel or be converted for use as a stage. The auditorium can be connected to both the First and Second Levels, thereby increasing the overall capacity of the conference centre to 1500 places.
