Trevi - The Trevi Olive Press

Trevi (Pg). The Trevi Cooperative oil press gathers the DOP certificate olives that are harvested in the hills between Assisi and Spoleto. This area is known for its rigorously organic cultivation methods, which extend also to the pressing stage. The mill will be welcoming visitors for a taste of the year's new oil on November-December.
