Spello - The Spello Olive Press

Spello (Pg). The Spello oilery is a must for the oil connoisseur in that it presses the prized DOP certificate olives that are harvested in the hills between Assisi and Spello, and which are renowned for producing top quality, low acidity level oil. The mill will be welcoming visitors for a taste of the year's new oil on November-December.
