Situated on the hills surrounding Orvieto, in the bends of the river Paglia, the country still maintains its sweet, original beauty with its evocative terraces which first sheltered the great Etruscan civilization. Here, where the attractions of the past can be relived, the village, which blends with all that has remained untouched through the centuries, offers its guests a warm and welcoming service with accommodation in suites and rooms each one with its own particular architectonic details.

Immersed in the green hills outside Orvieto, Borgo San Faustino is within a 250-hectare cattle and sheep farm that also produces olive oil and vegetables. As the name implies, Borgo San Faustino is in fact a small hamlet, beautifully restored and made up of a number of stone houses. Just 12 kilometers from Orvieto, Borgo San Faustino stands at 500 meters above sea level and is near the Monte Peglia nature reserve.

The rooms are located inside the restored stone houses that make up the hamlet and are all furnished individually with taste and finely decorated. The ceilings are beamed and the floors are all in terracotta. All the beds are in wrought iron and made by a local craftsman and are equipped with television. Some rooms have air conditioning and the remaining rooms have ventilators.
The restaurant serves local cuisine with goods from the farm. Guests are free to buy the farm’s oil, wine and meat.
