This Country resort used to be an Abbey and dates back to the 1600’s.
It is situated in a small village called Foce, nearby Terni, in the region of Umbria. We are conveniently located, 80 km (60miles) from Rome, 180 km (130 miles) from Florence, a little 70 km (50 miles) from Assisi & Perugia, and within short driving trips to Amelia, Viterbo, Todi, Spoleto and Orvieto, culturally enriching medieval cities in this lush green territory which borders with Tuscany to the north and with the region of Lazio to the south.

Long or short term house rental as well as a hotel room service are both provided for our Clients.

In our Country Resort Residence there are 16 apartments, fully functional with self contained kitchens. Each and every apartment is unique, with beamed ceilings, many have two floors which include lofts, year round central heating. The apartments can sleep from two to ten people. Furthermore, the Restaurant, the wine-bar, the “Moses Room” with a fireplace and a billiard, and other cosy common spaces, are offered to our clients for their full comfort. In the very near future, the residence will also have a convention centre, library and an herbal pharmacy which will provide cosmetic and herbal preparations according to the recipes once prepared by the Cistercian brothers that many years ago occupied this lovely home.

Adjacent to the harmonious Sanctuary, the prestigious residence "Badia Alle Grazie" is placed in a dominating position between turning green age-old forests, in the full respect of its cultural and natural context, conveniently located within a short distance from Rome. This mind sanctuary is available for: rent, short vacations, formal events, work meetings. Very comfortable with well appointed common areas: hallway, wine-bar, room reading "Mercury room" "Mosè room" with billiards and fireplace. Sixteen independent apartments varying designs situated in the central body of the building, all entirely and modestly furnished for the needs of the guests, housing approximately 50 people. The Restaurant provides our guests with moments of culinary satisfaction. The splendid pool, with hydro-massage area, change rooms, and all of this with barbecue area & private parking help to ensure a pleasant stay.
