The  Hotel del Teatro is situated between the remains of the Arch of Augustus and the Comunale Theatre, in the characteristic historical centre of Spello.
Obtained from the restoration of an XVIIIth century building that was a part of the medieval village, the Hotel offers eleven rooms with bathroom, reached by a lift, with telephone, TV, mini-bar and safe.

From the spacious covered terrace that faces over the valley below it is possible to take in the charme of the Umbrian landscapes of the painting of the Renaissance period.
